EcoFlow Smart Energy 2026 – Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

1.Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the lucky draw (the “Lucky Draw”) organised by EcoFlow Australia Pty Ltd (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our”) in connection with EcoFlow Smart Energy 2026 (the “Event”).
By entering the Lucky Draw, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2.Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to individuals who complete all required entry steps as specified in Section 3.
2.2 Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and their immediate families of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, distributors, and service partners are not eligible to enter or win.
2.3 Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter the Lucky Draw, participants must complete all of the following steps:

Join EcoFlow Australia’s official Facebook Community
Repost EcoFlow’s official LinkedIn launch post for OCEAN 2 Series via the participant’s own LinkedIn account.
Submit the official entry form with accurate and complete personal details
3.2 Completion of all four (4) steps constitutes one (1) valid entry.
3.3 Entries will only be considered valid once all required steps have been completed and the entry form has been successfully submitted.
3.4 Incomplete, incorrect, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
3.5 Entry is free. No purchase or payment is required to participate.
4. Prize Details
4.1 A total of three (3) winners will be selected.
4.2 The prizes are as follows:
First Prize: One EcoFlow OCEAN 2 Single Phase Plus 9.9kW Inverter
Second Prize: One EcoFlow PowerOcean Single Phase 5kW Inverter
Third Prize: One EcoFlow Single-Phase Gateway
4.3 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
4.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if required.
5. Draw and Winner Notification
5.1 Winners will be selected at random using a spinning wheel draw method.
5.2 The draw will take place after the Event concludes.
5.3 Winners will be announced in the EcoFlow Facebook Community.
5.4 If a selected winner is found to be ineligible or has not complied with these Terms, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entry and select an alternative winner.
6. General Terms
6.1 The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Lucky Draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms.
6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Lucky Draw if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the Lucky Draw or the use of any prize.
7. Collection and Use of Personal Information
7.1 Personal information collected (including name, company, email address, and phone number) will be used for the purpose of administering the Lucky Draw, verifying eligibility, and contacting winners.
7.2 With your consent, your information may also be used for marketing communications, including updates on EcoFlow products, events, and promotions. You may opt out at any time.
7.3 Personal information may be shared with authorised partners solely for purposes related to this Lucky Draw.
7.4 Providing personal information is voluntary, but failure to do so may result in ineligibility to participate.
